United does not currently have on-campus housing. The following options near the campus are available.

Salem Woods (apartments)
Salem Woods are lovely apartments in a wooded area, located approximately one mile from the campus.
The leasing opportunities include one- and two-bedroom garden apartments, and two- and three-bedroom townhouse apartments, ranging from $425 to $620 monthly, plus utilities. A one-time $200 deposit is required.
All apartments have a separate full kitchen, bedroom, a full bath and a living area. Furniture is not included with these apartments.
Laundry facilities are centrally located and some units have laundry facilities within the apartment building. Two pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, children’s play area, and clubhouse are available to the residents.

This lovely facility offers small dormitory style rooms furnished with a bed and a desk.
Also provided are a common kitchen, numerous sitting areas, a chapel, and paid utilities. Salem Heights is within walking distance to the seminary.
Salem Heights is open to women who are enrolled in a Masters or Certificate program at United (no men, no children). Room prices are $25 per night.
Area Accommodations for Commuters and Visitors to United
United Theological Seminary’s campus is close to a variety of hotels and motels providing convenient accommodations for students who are planning to stay in the area only one or two nights during the week or during the D.Min. Intensive.
Commuter and D.Min. students receive special rates for the motel rooms. Depending on your personal taste and budget, you should be able to find a motel which meets your needs. See below for a list of the motels, addresses and telephone numbers. (Click on column headings to sort data by that item.)
