  • Commuter Rooms (Salem Heights)

    Commuter rooms are available for women who are enrolled in a Masters or Certificate program at United. Each room is furnished with a bed and a desk. For more information contact the Housing Office at 937.529.2220.

  • Rental Unit Options

    If you are interested in renting a unit at Salem Woods, Salem Heights, or Commuter Housing please contact our Housing Office. Rental agreements with these locations are being handled through the seminary.

  • Hotel Accommodations (Commuters and Visitors to United)

    United Theological Seminary’s campus is close to a variety of hotels and motels providing convenient accommodations for students who are planning to stay in the area only one or two nights during the week or during the D.Min. Intensive.

    Commuter and D.Min. students receive special rates for the motel rooms. Depending on your personal taste and budget, you should be able to find a motel which meets your needs.

  • Area Hotels

    POLICY: Students should contact the hotels directly to make their reservations and acknowledge themselves as a United student in order to get the discounted rate. Please remember to always ask for the lowest available rate in addition to the United rate. There will be times when the hotel is offering a special rate and it may be lower than the quoted United rate. PLEASE BE AWARE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

    Once you have made your reservation, the hotel will expect you to adhere to the same cancellation policies as you would under normal conditions. Therefore, if you have to cancel for any reason, please do so in advance with the hotel directly prior to the respective hotel’s cancellation deadline.
