Requests for transcripts must be made in writing and be signed and dated by the student. Telephone and e-mail requests will not be accepted.

    Official transcripts will be issued provided the financial obligations to the seminary have been paid in full.

    Requests for transcripts should be sent to:

  • Alumni/ae Fee

    Alumni/ae should include a check or money order, payable to United Theological Seminary, for $5.00 per transcript requested. This fee must be paid before the transcript will be released.

    There is no charge to current students.
