Gathering of East Ohio Alumni/ae on March 1, 2010 for continuing education with Professor David Watson on "Scripture and Disability." President Wendy J. Deichmann also presented an update on the seminary’s activities during lunch. The event was hosted by Revs. Jennifer Olin-Hitt, Sally and Gary Olin and the congregation of Green Valley UMC in Akron.
While in the Cleveland area President Edwards visited the General Minister and President of the United Church of Christ, Rev. Geoffrey Black, and Dr. Barbara Blodgett, Minister of Vocation and Formation. She also met with United alumnus Rev. Gregg Brekke, who is the UCC News Director and Editor. Congratulations Gregg!
