United does not currently have on-campus housing. The following options near the campus are available.

• Salem Woods Apartments

  Salem Woods are lovely apartments in a wooded area, located approximately one mile from the campus. Leasing opportunities include one- and two-bedroom garden apartments, and two- and three-bedroom townhouse apartments.

  All apartments have a separate full kitchen, bedroom, a full bath and a living area. Furniture is not included with these apartments. Laundry facilities are centrally located and some units have laundry facilities within the apartment building.

  Two pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, children’s play area, and clubhouse are available to the residents. See the Salem Woods web site for photos, floor plans, and more information.

  Rental agreements with these locations are being handled through the seminary. For more information on housing opportunities, please contact the Housing Office at 937.529.2220.

• Salem Heights (Female Students, Commuters, or Residents)

  This charming facility offers small dormitory style rooms furnished with a bed and a desk. Options include a single room with a shared full bath (two rooms with bath between them; both rooms occupied by United students), a single room with a private full bath, or two rooms and a private bath.

  Also provided are a common kitchen, numerous sitting areas, a reading/library room, a chapel, and paid utilities.

  Salem Heights is within walking distance to the seminary and is open to women who are enrolled in a Masters or Certificate program at United (no men, no children).
