The Harriet L. Miller Women’s Center, named for the first woman on United’s faculty, supports women in ministry and participates in nurturing a theological community where the leadership of women and men is a community of partnership. The Center is on the second floor of the Seminary and is open whenever school is in session.Women receive support and resources to strengthen their identity and relationships as students, professionals in ministry, family members, friends and colleagues. The Center supports men in their recognition of the presence and participation of women in seminary and clergy communities and in the Church.
