Cross-registration provides opportunities for enriched educational programs by permitting students to take courses at other partner institutions.

  United is pleased to welcome students from local consortium schools to cross register for traditional classes (no online requirements) without tuition payment to United.

• Registration

  Traditional Courses
  Because of a reciprocal cross-registration agreement, tuition for United’s traditional classes for local, cross-registered students will be paid to the student’s home institution.

  Online Courses
  Because of the high cost of providing technological support and training, students from local partner institutions who wish to take an online or hybrid course at United should register with United as a special student and then transfer credit for the course to his or her home institution with the permission of the home institution.

• Tuition and Fees for Online Courses

  United’s tuition and fee scale will apply to all online and hybrid courses provided by United Theological Seminary with the exception of students from Payne Theological Seminary, with whom United has a special partnership and agreement that includes online courses.

• Cross-Registration Policy for United Students

  To cross register, one must be a degree-seeking student.

  Students must receive their advisor’s permission.

  Cross registrations are handled by the United’s registrar.

  For more information about course offerings see our Course List section. This section includes a link to our Course List Chart. To access the chart click the "Course List" button under Fall or Spring. The chart includes all courses offered at United for that semester. The chart is sortable. To sort by online courses, click the "FORMAT" header on the top right of the chart.
